Service Description

Exploring your spiritual life allows you to practice infusing the world with your most authentic self, deeply present and engaged. I view spiritual journeying as a process of me as your companion witnessing you explore where you are currently in your life’s journey and attuning to your deeper life themes and dreams. From this understanding, spiritual journeying becomes catalyst, cultivating greater ease, presence, purpose, and fulfillment in your daily life. With each journey, you trust more in yourself and surrender more gracefully into deeper authenticity. This grace offers more compassion and skill in the messy, beautiful details of life. Sometimes, you may discern new callings within yourself or comprehend experiences within larger life passages. While I may offer suggestions in this journey toward deeper discernment and understanding, you are your own best resource for all matters of you. I will support you primarily as a witness. As appropriate and welcomed by you, I may also offer observations, resources, and spiritual practices such as yoga, meditation, journeying, nature immersion practices, etc. With curious, non-judgmental, grounded and compassionate intentions, I offer for space for you to explore any questions, challenges, hopes, and wonderings that arise for you as a questioning or non-religious sentient being in an infinite universe. I am practiced in many spiritual practices such as deep listening, meaningful conversation, intuitive meditation, dream exploration, readings and journaling, yoga asana, and various creative exercises and would offer what I can and you find useful to deepen your one precious life experience of being embodied.
